I purchased (2) sets of washers and dryers and (2) refrigerators in April 2022 and worked with Justin who was knowledgeable and helpful, I greatly enjoyed working with him...however not forthcoming....We paid an upcharge to have our appliances delivered to St. John's county in July 2022. HOWEVER one dryer and one refrigerator are experiencing problems. When calling the store I was transferred to put in for a service request ONLY to be told they do NOT service my area. When I questioned why they don't service in my area but they delivered the woman laughed and said "We will deliver anywhere you want in the state of Florida if you pay for it. Call the manufacturer." Shame on Justin for not sharing that detail in the beginning as it would have changed who I would have purchased with. Apparently It's all for the sale and forget about the customer service. I'll be sure never to recommend John's Appliance and Bedding in the future. Buyer beware ask about service because their items will be defective within months of purchase and they won't bother to come to repair it.
