My mother lives there. I don't know why it says temporary closed. Maybe the office been closed.

Do you have carports or garages? What are the qualifications? What are the prices? Is this a senior apt. Only?

There are pull in carports, must be a senior citizen, prices go by your income. Whatever the rent is, you will pay a small percentage of whatever it rents for.

I suffer for PTSD and have great difficulty focussing. Is there anyone that can help me with all the paperwork involved?

There are workers at the Housing Authority who will help you out.

Was on section 8-1 1/2 yrs ago, had to give up my 55+ apartment in Moreno Valley. Ended up in the hospital for 3 months per emergency surgery for a burst bladder condition. Was forced to give up my 1 bed apartment. Can I reapply for section 8?

This isn't section 8 housing. It is subsidized through the Housing Authority of San Bernardino County.

Can I apply on line? I,m a Vietnam era veteran already living on social security at Braswell's Mediterranean Gardens in Yucaipa. Can not afford the rent there. Can you help me?

I would go in cause I applied on line and something kept telling me to go in and double check that everything was ok. Good thing I did. I had put a "yes" when it should've been a "no" for my answer. Its always best to go in when filling out the initial application.

Question in regards to hozians apartments yucaipa CA is their a waiting list any apartments availability.

Yes there is and you have to apply at the housing authority. Its low income based.
