Unfortunately this is one of the rare times. I have to post twice. This happens when its impossible to give one rating/review if there s two occurrences during one event i give Lakeview Mobile Estates ( the property) 5 stars for the overall cleanliness of the park and esp e cially each residents lots . The MOST AWESOME part of Lakeview is the tenants have unlimited use of a BEAUTIFUL clubhouse Big Beautful swimming pool ASauna a Jacuzzi Shuffleboard center AND MORE I keep praying somehow someday i will be BLESSED with the opportunity to reside in Lakeview I WOULD NEVER MOVE AGAIN !

This is a nice quiet Mobile Home Park nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino National Forest, in a small town known as Yucaipa. A place where Neighbors know their neighbors. Really low crime rate. Still a good place to raise your kids.

Let's start with the good. For such a big trailer park it's very well maintained. All road lamps and common area lights are always working. The roads are nice and wide and have no vehicle damaging pot holes. The place to take your trash is always clean. No graffiti. No giant patches of weeds. I've only ever seen one guy driving around in his golf cart fixing things from time to time. Don't know his name but he is doing an outstanding job. And now the bad. One way in, one way out. If we had to evacuate we might run into an issue. There are 200+ trailers here I think but only guest parking for around 20. Most homes can only fit one car in the driveway. If you park on the street after 10pm they will tow your vehicle. The closest parking for after 10pm is Stator Brothers and that's about a half mile away. The manager is extremely rude, unhelpful and has no idea how to deal with people. There is also something very eerie about this place. There never seems to be any wind or breeze. It's very quiet most of the day.... Too quiet. No birds chirping, no kids playing... Just dead silence. Last but not least, for a trailer park named "Lakeview" not a single lake in sight.

I am selling mine for 15,500
You can only buy the units as owners put them up for sale. But Yucaipa has the most trailer parks per square foot in the world for a city. Its actually in the Guinness book of world records so I'm positive you wont need to look to far for a reasonable price that your comfortable with to rent.
