Just moved here with my mom to help her. This place isnt fancy, its simple old, but clean. Management is very nice. People here seen nice so far. Its nice and quiet here too. You can see the hills and mountains very close.

Park is very old mixed with RVs. New management but they are slim Lords. 55+ park. Good for short term. I'd stay somewhere else. Bathroom always locked. No key

Manager is EVIL she kicks you out if she doesn't like you. My grandma lived there for 20 year's and she didn't like how her to trailer looked so she harassed her till my grandma couldn't handle it and she argued with her and next thing you know she was evicted.

The monthly rent is $510 including utilities. But right now my park is full.
I have nothing for rent at our park but we do have a mobile home for rent at our park in Hemet 1 bedroom/1bath for $900 month+electric and a $900 deposit. Call if interested at 909-316-4295

Hi Donna, I'm sorry I did not respond sooner, i just discovered this inquiry. I've never had anything like this come from 'maps'. In answer to your question, Yes, Skyline is under rent control, however, if you are bringing in a regular RV, it might not apply. I'm not sure about that. Hope this helps. Thanks.
We do have a park in Hemet that has spaces available for $550 month including utilities and a pool and other amenities.
