I have lived here for about 5 years now. Hoping to move soon. Not the best family place to live The families that live there now let their kids play at all hours of the night they are rude as well as the neighbors. There are a lot of alcoholics and way too many druggies, so it is either way too loud or can be creepy silent. Rules that should apply to everybody mostly only apply to a select few and others get away with everything.

It's a park where there is know management that cares,they just want the rent, but it's cheap.

Because the parents just don't care if kid's in that park run wild. The place is a dump with to many druggies. Sorry you have tolive there.
Yes but I don't think you want too. The place is a dump, and the manager and owners of the park are exstorting money from the current residents. The park has a lot of druggies and there's no parking inside the park. The bills run extremely high and rent space is also more than any other park. The kids in the park are not supervised they run wuld in there. Too many wild cat's running everywhere and most of the time the rent statements come on the same day it's due. I know because my son is living in the park and I have never seen such Mickey mouse run park best suggested that you liok elsewhere to live. Just a warning.
I have not had any issues, its pretty well lit area.
