it was once a nice place to live. I was there fourteen years. Now it's "trashy". Run down mobil's, cars parked "EVERYWHERE" Car ports used as a storage unit. Yards run down.. It's not a nice place to live any longer

I had a client who lived in this park. I wasn't pleased with the managements style. Not helpful to disabled tenant in crisis. Evicted her then took her home from her and cooperated with her abuser. I'm sure theres more to the story but thats what I witnessed. I had to pack it all up and deliver her to a homeless shelter. Not cool.

it is a much better park now that the new owner is there no druggies and don't put up with no nonsense there and it's a safer place to live in

They discriminate and harass the tenants! They kick disabled people out of Thier homes and try to steal them! Avoid at all cost!!! They don't care about you or your family!!! VERY BAD PARK
