Costs more than the greyhound. Arrived later than expected and overbooked. Four of us has to stand for a 5 hour drive. Two children had to share a seat and could not sleep due to them not fitting. They should have at least asked a grown adult to stand up for them. Did not refund the ticket or provide us with an accommodation to return back.

The bus station needs remodeling bad bathroom are nasty to. The buses are ok got to my destination fast good price on bus tickets.

Double the price compared to greyhound... I honestly think the driver charged me the amount he did just because I was desperate to get to L.A. (he did not give me a receipt smfh) and he knew I would pay the amount. Riding the bus as I leave this review. First and last time using them.
