Been passing this for years but never at lunchtime. Finally passing through at lunch time to get some A&W. I was so excited and then so disappointed. Ordered my burger with no onion and changed fries for cheese curds. Not what I got. Seemed like the burger had extra onion and warm fries (no cheese curds). It wasn’t that busy even. Even if you pick the onion off it still taste and smells like onion. That’s one giant fail A&W. I was on a road trip and already down the road when I discovered this or I would have returned it. Thanks for nothing.

It had been a long time since I'd seen a free standing A&W, so we had to stop and check it out. The restaurant is a little dark but it seemed to be just like I remembered them from once upon a time. The counter staff was friendly and quick. Food was typical fast food. Good if you like that, which we did. The facility was clean and I think it would be fun to be back in winter to sit around the fire place.
