No website. No directions on if it’s reservations or first come first serve. Call the office and no answer. No way to communicate with this business, so I had to move on and find another place. If you have a business, you should have someone answering your phone and the website. It’s 2022.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are but you get what you get it's quiet it's safe the other might be some dog droppings here and there but for the most part people pick it up and the people that are there see someone's dog dewdrops and droppings and they don't pick it up it's normally picked up you want somewhere quiet and safe that has a restroom shower and so on this is the place to stay it's not expensive and it's very very quiet and safe I recommend staying here and you will too if you stay here you were recommended to your friends right off the interstate venient truck parking across the street in the McDonald's parking lot awesome place

Very nice place quiet and drama free!! The maintenance staff is very attentive and the owner makes sure that everything is in top working order and that you have everything you want and need and help setting up if you need!! Very friendly and very reasonable pricing!! The only thing I would change would be the gravel for some grass

I guess the phrase "It is what it is" applies here. A level gravel lot with 30 amp power There were multiple trailers that looked like they were there to stay. We were going to Colorado and needed a place to plug in and sleep overnight. It's a good overnight stop if you are traveling. If you are looking for some where to stay multiple days with your family, you might want to find another spot. If your going to just make a pit stop overnight to sleep, this one is just what you need!
