My Dad has been there going on 3 yrs...through Covid, lockdowns etc...Sonia, Barbara, Iesha, Marie, Perri, Sheila a few names I don't know because I live in AZ...however, these folks go above and beyond, from door dash deliveries, to music for him, feeding him, his normal needs...I could go on and on... I had a great experience at the facility. Not to mention, the staff is very kind. My only issue as a patient and human being is why on earth aren’t you closed on major holidays? While it’s a great service to others I personally believe it’s not fair to the workers who come in and work hard daily. Give them a break, please.

My husband had a stay there after hospitalization. I have never seen such a disorganized place. The management is awful and our experience with them was bad from beginning to end. When my husband had to leave in the midst of his stay because of pneumonia,no one notified me. My husband called and told me… no one called me even though they had my contact number. Also, when the hospital stay was done, the management was too inept to admit us back - mainly because they didn’t want to deal with it over the July 4 weekend. We needlessly stayed in the hospital because no one had any urgency to get us out during the holiday weekend. We also were abruptly discharged as we got a call saying we had to leave that day. We left with lots of paper that had no instructions or directions. Also. we were routed to the wrong home health care group. I will say that the physical therapists were good but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely not want an older loved one there.
