I had a shower installed. My installer Xavier S did an excellent job. He was professional and showed me different layers of progress as he worked. He cleaned up his work area. The finished product was beautiful and amazing. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks West Shore and thanks Xavier.

I have been very unhappy with the results of a bathroom installation West Shore did. I even posted a message on Facebook about the horrible job. I immediately got a message from the company offering to correct the problems. They called to set up an appointment with GARY REILLY, the technician. He was here within the hour. He looked at the problems and told me he would correct the issues. He gave me some options as how to repair the floor problem. He tore up the old stuff West Shore had put down and replaced it with the same tile that was already in the bathroom, removed the ugly yellow caulking and recaulked with the correct caulking and then replaced the fixtures that had changed color! He worked diligently until after 6:00 p.m. He did not get finished that day but came back later to finish the job. He should be recognized for his excellent work.
