It's so great to have a bike shop like this in our neighborhood! Jason and everyone else here are super knowledgeable. They trued my disc brake and identified another issue with my bike, which they explained how I could fix at home or they offered to fix it.

Great shop, very happy with my purchase and experience! I bought a Jamis Endura online on their website, and within hours I received a call to confirm the order and to see if I need anything added (pedals and bottle cages). I wasn't sure what I want, so I asked for recommendation and the bike was fitted with beautiful blue bottle cages that matches the color of my bike. I wanted SPD pedals, but also flats at the same time since I ride with kids sometimes, and it's a pain to walk on my bike cleats. Laurel Cyclery put in a really nice set of pedals that can do both. The prices are very reasonable if not cheaper than what I would find online. When I went to pick up the bike this weekend, they adjusted the saddle to the correct height and make sure I'm all good with it before I took it home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the bay area (I drove from San Jose to pick this up). Going to show off my bike too while I'm at it.

Great service. I came here because I was looking for a Marin Bikes dealer (not easy to find!). I was able to order from the website and pickup in-person. Jason was very helpful and answered all my questions about the bike I was purchasing. With the 30-day and 1 year tune ups offered, I appreciate the support and customer service. Would highly recommend as a first time bike buyer.

This place will treat you right. I bought a bike for my daughter a few years ago from here. She grew out of it, and they basically gave me a trade in on a new bike. A huge discount on an awesome new bike! These guys run a solid business. I recommend 100%.
