Holiday Inn Express Boonville, an IHG Hotel

After my family and I had just spent $500 at another hotel for terrible service and an awful night, we were reasonably anxious about getting another hotel. But this one was so much better. The only complaint I have about the hotel was that the floor was slightly damp when we first got there (like it had just been cleaned), but it dried quickly, and didn't really inconvenience me. The staff was incredibly pleasant and treated us respectfully. The people staying at the hotel even were very nice. I had to get a cot as the two beds were being used by my mother and friend, and it was incredibly comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've had in awhile, especially since I've been on the road for about two weeks.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was a bit surprised at the price--thought it could have been about $35.00 lower to make it a more reasonable value. We got in quite late and they were kind to save our space for us.

About what you'd expect for a cheap hotel in the middle of nowhere off I70. I couldn't wash my hair because the water barely dripped out of the faucet. We had 2 rooms and it was. The same in both.

It was decent. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Room was out dated and in need of maintenance. Over $100 a night is too much and doesnt live up to the holiday inn standards. Parking is terrible but there's not much that can be done about that. If you just need to get off the road for a few hours it'll do the trick, otherwise keep driving.
