We got the fried pickles and I highly recommend them. My husband had the catfish which he said was excellent. The portion was huge and he couldn't eat it all (extremely rare for him in restaurants). I'm always up for breakfast and had the hash stack. I could barely eat half. It consists of hash browns, sausage and bacon, and scrambled eggs smothered in milk gravy then sprinkled with cheese. It was just as delicious the next morning. The staff is great also! A real hometown diner atmosphere.

This place was very good. My husband had walleye and he said it was delicious! I am a soup lover and I had a cup of the beef vegetable soup....my mistake was not getting a bowl.It was great! We also had one of the best waitresses I have had in years. We will definitely go back.

Highly recommend! First time in Boonville, and couldn't have had a better experience. The tall thin waitress (they don't wear name tags, or I'd call her out specifically) had amazing energy and even noticed that she & my girlfriend had the same shoes. The food was quick, hot, exactly as ordered, and the coffee cup never got below half. If only the restaurant carried coffee additives that were made by cows…

First time here, so glad we stopped. They serve a mean/awesome breakfast...the food was awesome. Cozy place, warm atmosphere, and the servers and cook(s) are the best !!
