First time visiting this location and I'm disappointed at the quality of the food. As a person who is a vegan, I decided to order the black bean burger, I mentioned to the waitress, no dairy, so no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. My food arrived and there was a slice of cheese and no tomatoes. The fries were cold. My family ordered chicken wings and when they arrived, they had a fowl smell, the meat was not fresh. The chef staff should check the quality of the meat, making sure code dates are being checked, properly rotated, and making sure the freshest product is being brought out to the customers. The server was the best experience, as she was more embarrassed of the quality of food that was coming out of the kitchen. She was very apologetic and was very helpful. This location should be checking all food that leaves the kitchen. This is not acceptable and coming from the food/retail business, more attention to service, freshness and being more organized at this location needs to be addressed.

Wings are incredibly good, Fries leave a bit to be desired, desert is average, and the service is often exceptional. However, I would try and make sure that I knew what flavor of wings I liked. If you don’t, research the menu a bit. It’ll save a lot of time and hassle, and you won’t get wings that taste bad.

My sons and I had a great time. They had a pretty good crowd and there wasn't a wait time. We sat in the Red Wolf Den and Macy was our server. She is Awesome! Anytime she is there I want to be seated in her section😁. The food was delicious! Can't wait to go back!

Food was NOT up to par. Came cold (and wrong) 3 times before the (very simple) 2 person order was correct. Our server was the best part of the experience. She was super sweet, attentive and always there when we needed something. Table and menus were sticky. Alcoholic drink was seemingly alcohol free. Will not be back to this location.
