We had a great experience at Red Lobster in Jonesboro. The food was great. Healthy servings. Clean restaurant. Pleasant and friendly employees. The host and waiter both were very polite and attentive. I have nothing but positive remarks about our visit. And those cheddar biscuits... we all know how good they are. Wow.

I've been to a few Red Lobster restaurants, in a variety of states and cities. This one is by far the worst I've have the displeasure to dine at. For starters, the Peach smoothie was anything but smooth. Still had ice cubes in it, making it a Peach chunkier. Then, the appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, comes, and the server delivers it with spoons, and has his bare thumbs and fingers all over them making it unsanitary to use. The flatware was filthy, and I had to clean it myself before using it for the rest of my dinner. Then, when the Lobster dinners were served, they were way overcooked, making it difficult to separate the meat from the tail portion of shell. The only saving grace was that, due to my wife and my 30th wedding anniversary, we received a complimentary dessert and Anniversary card. Needless to, even though we are only here for work on my accord, we will never be back. We spent less than what we were spending at Red Lobster at an Italian restaurant 20 minutes away and were blown away by not only the portions and choices,but the customer service was outstanding. Maybe the management should take lessons on how to not only properly train their personnel, but also hire better quality personnel.

We had dinner for two, and our service was great and so very kind!! However, there were a few problems with the food such as missing side orders that were never received, and undercooked bay biscuits. We left a review with Red Lobster corporate and they happily offered a gift card to make up for the experience. Our next order was To Go and everything was delicious! Will continue to come back!

Everything was awesome but the fish was tasteless..won't order it again. Clam chowder was yummy! Crab legs were awesome!

I'm pretty sure they don't advertise it as fresh. No it's not fresh but it is the best you can get around here. So go if you want and don't if you don't. Not sure why you care? I eat there and usually it is good.
Everyone wears a mask. You may take it off only at your table. Everyone is spaced out in their seating. You get paper menus. There is very minimal contact.

I believe they have crab on the menu, but in dishes with other stuff. I think there is a seasonal selection that comes around periodically with crab as its feature. If you need just crab meat for a recipe, then I would go to Kroger. They sell it in the back left hand side of the store with the meat in the butchery. They sell canned crab meat, but it's a last resort. I hope this helps.
