Love stadium view, maintenance works really hard to keep everything working. Such a nice clean apartment community. They also have great amenities you get to enjoy while living here. Great communication with the staff. They care about the people that live here!

I would NOT recommend living here whether you are a college student or not!! The management is ran by college students that do not know the answer to most of your questions. My first housing experience was awful due to the fact they do not care about the housing compatibility survey they make you do. My second housing experience was slightly better until I moved out and was charged a ridiculous amount to paint over two tiny holes. This isn't the first time that they have charged me for other random things. I assume they think since they are dealing with college students that won't care? When you move in it doesn't look like they have cleaned or prepped from the last resident that was living there. I would suggest anyone looking for housing to either live on campus or find another apartment complex to live in.

As a international student I am having good time in the stadium view apartments. For me choosing the stadium view is the best thing that I have done after arriving USA.

The rent is enticing, free wifi yay, but unless youd like to deal with a year of hell I would not sign a lease here. Ive have neighborly problems and the apartment has yet to help solve these issues. I attempted to but to no avail, and tonight my upstairs neighbors pee’d on my specific window from their balcony above mine. If I reported this, with pictures, I doubt anything would be done. Main point being, choose somewhere to live where your grounds managers care about being fair and their tenants well being and mental health. Ive called maintenance about carpet issues that were issues upon moving in and they told me they would charge me to fix it? So I told them to leave it, Ill probably be charged upon moving out. Depressing and frustrating environment, with no support from the office or other resources.
