Lydia designed a tattoo to signify my children of lilies and sage (Lily and Sagan) with a little bee above them (Julian, a baby I miscarried). She designed it beautifully and exactly to my specifications. Her colors, shading, and line work was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for a better execution of my tattoo. They take cash and have an ATM in the back room. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place!!!! I absolutely, positively cannot recommend this place enough. The aesthetic is beautiful and relaxing, the service high end and so awesome, and the talent is unbelievable. I popped in on a Thursday afternoon with my design and placement idea in hand and they were able to get me in and out super fast. Everyone acknowledged my visit even the employees that were not directly related to my service. This made me feel like my visit was important to them!!

I had a very specific piece in mind when I contacted Black Arrow. I worked with Shannon and she was incredible! She captured all the detail that I wanted and brought it to life on my arm. Everyone who sees it loves it. My 73 year old dad even loves it and has mentioned getting one since then, and he has never even liked tattoos!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone. Jody

I've been a customer throughout the years, and every time the location changes, or an artist leaves the shop, one thing has remained the same. Freddie. One of a kind, and one hell of an artist. NEA is lucky to have him, and spending a few minutes in a consultation with him will show you that. He will work with you, help you get your thoughts translated to an image that you will enjoy having on your body the rest of your life. Yes there are "cheaper" places but are they worth it? No. Yes there are places you can get booked quicker but are they worth it? No. Good work isn't cheap, and someone who takes the time and puts their heart and soul into their work, make it worth it. So if you are considering getting work done, give them a chance. Thanks again for all the work!
