Good for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a fan of McDonald's but sometimes it is an option for convenience. This location seems to be the quickest in town and was completely remodeled a few years ago. It is convenient for people on Arkansas State's campus and the addition of mobile ordering is a plus.

I ordered on the app and used the curbside pickup. It was very busy and they were very quick to bring my order out. Everything was hot and fresh too.

Every single time we go here we have issues. Always have to ask for fresh food & still don’t get it. Food is always old or just drenched in grease trying to act like it’s fresh. They charge for extra things then just look at you when you say something. Bad attitudes and HORRIBLE customer service! Then they leave their phone off the hook so you can’t call when you make it home 🤣 seriously TRASH!
