Decent place to stop for the night on our way to the Outer Banks. Clean room, comfortable beds, plenty of room for 5 people. Affordable and quiet after 10 pm. AC was good and cold. No complaints.

This was a comfortable place to spend the night on the way down to Florida. The kids (11 and 7} had fun in the pool. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. And the breakfast was good. We stayed in a different location on they way home (based on this stay) with a much different experience.

Good just for a 1 nite stay. Needs updating in bathroom with shower rod and curtain. Curtains in room looks like their from the late 80s, heat and cooling system is from the 80s, no modern thermostat on system.. Dull lighting in room and water spots on ceiling. Needs to be brought up to Date.

The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, caring, and professional. The windows in the room did not open and I did not like that. The room was clean. Everything worked. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There was nothing spectacular about this hotel, but in the morning I met several staff members and I would say that the staff is outstanding. This is not a foreign owned hotel so things were not run down as other hotels may be in the area. One of the best things about this hotel was the breakfast. They had a full on hot breakfast that you can enjoy as a busy traveler get back on the road after eating a hot breakfast eggs sausage toast oatmeal and more. I'm very picky about my beds and I don't like hard beds and this one had the usual hard beds. But most people aren't as picky as me so you will probably be satisfied with this hotel. Just remember the staff was very friendly and professional and kudos to them for friendly caring professional attitude!
