Would've been 5 Stars. But when I got to my room, shortly after, someone else keyed into my room. It was a good thing that this person was kind and didn't have Ill intentions. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay.

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had. Not only is it over priced, staff where very rude and the hotel does not recognize Veterans. Overall, I'd give a -10 ⭐️. Strongly recommend that you pay the extra and stay elsewhere. Sub-standard.

First room we were given had a broken toilet, second room we were given had dog prints on the bed! I don't know what kind of standards they have but for $130 a night, I'd expect to at least have a clean and functional room. And the pool was closed which we were not told when we booked. We booked via phone call. Very disappointing. Edit to reply to owner: No I do not have the wrong hotel. I know you don't accept pets but someone obviously broke that policy. I made this review while at your hotel.

The Manager and the people that worked at the Country Inn in Lexington, Va. do an outstanding job of making sure the place is clean, having plenty of towels, other needs are there. Me, handicap, used a room with bars around the bathtub and even commode had one. Feeling very secure. The people were very nice and helpful. We stay in the area, usually Roanoke but from now on, it will be Lexington. Last time, in Roanoke, the heat went off, temperature outside was in the teens, Someone looked at the thermostat but didn’t fix the heat. Everything in Lexington worked. Thanks. Thank you, Sarah. We will see you again, next trip to Va.
