I didn’t expect too much but I was disappointed in the quality or lack there of the bedding. Cleanliness was questionable. Had there been available rooms elsewhere I would’ve left. The bathroom was so dirty I didn’t even shower. I would not recommend staying here.

I cancelled my reservation as soon as I entered the lobby. There was no one at the desk but a sign that stated be back in 10 minutes. I arrived at 3pm. Someone was being interviewed in lobby area. Dirty,dirty,dirty!!! No cars in parking lot so no other guests there. Bad reviews with mention of bedbugs. When finally greeted, the person was unprofessional and slovenly. Will be reporting to Wyndham associates. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Pros—When we arrived the room was tidy. Staff was friendly. Cons—the carpet was disgusting—we packed brand new white socks that were black after walking around for a short time—and if you walked around barefooted, when you stepped in the shower you could see the black come off of your feet. We also booked a non-smoking room that ended up being on a smoking floor. The room reeked of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the outdated comforter. We stayed for three nights and during that time, the room was never vacuumed or the bed made. The trash was emptied, but that was it. The shower knob kept falling off when you turned it and the TV had a red line going through it. Breakfast was only a yogurt or prepackaged honey bun. The outside security door was broken so anyone could walk in the hotel at any time. In all, this was a place to sleep for three days but I don’t see myself ever booking here again unless I am desperate.

Positive: The front desk clerk when I checked in was really nice and the location was perfect. Negative: The hotel was dirty, the hallway to room had clutter of old fridges etc, the room needed vacuumed, the bed closest to window had red places on mattress at head, the window still and curtain had dead bugs and spider webs. Couldn't cancel room
