Inside was shut so was drive thru only. My first time at a Cook out I was totally confused by the menu. Food was so so. A little disappointed. Keenly priced tho

The nicest people at Lexington, VA Cookout! It was a hot day and the nice lady gave my dog his own little ice cream cup! Great food, you can see everyone tries to do a good job here. Will be a return customer👌

Ordered Big Double Out West Style but received a single burger, no bacon, no onions and no mayo. Burgers dry and little bland, not the same as MB place. Milkshake still good, though. Called to talk to manager but not available and attendant said to go back and talk to the manager. Traveling through and not about to go back 10 miles out. Extremely disappointed on the burgers!

Went through drive through. Eat in is not an option. My wife got Cole slaw, was almost through eating it and found a ROACH in it. She threw up.......they said they make it everyday fresh....roaches and all. 🤢
