Even tho the line is always long, (must mean people love this place) they can usually get thru it pretty fast.. quick, efficient service and always super friendly. Not something you get often from fast food anymore.. greatly appreciated!

I wish I could give it a better review. I love castles but after waiting in line 25 minutes and only advancing one car length, I left. It was as though the person running the window Friday night was the only person there and couldn't start to take the next order until the previous one had been cooked bagged and delivered through the window. I went home and had grilled cheese. It's not sliders and rings, but it was done in a reasonable amount of time.
