Awful Waffle House. I don’t expect much from Waffle House anyway, but this one is the worst of the worst! Walked in and NO ONE was in there but there was TRASH (cans, bottles, take out containers) on every single table and counter but one side. Waitress told us that side was closed…. Um why? Then I said well where can we sit? She said any table that’s clean. I said I’m not seeing any other clean table and she just ignored me. Looked at my friends and said let’s go somewhere else then and left. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered to take two minutes and clean up the one trash item on each table and wipe one down. Seemed very intentional like they just didn’t want us to stay considering trash such as cans and bottles weren’t even served there. Get new staff ASAP or shut this place down!!!

The service was terrible ! They were very busy but we got a table pretty quickly our server looked overwhelmed and I let her know that we were in no hurry to get out not to stress , she never once smiled asked after giving us our food how it was gave me my complete order or anything . The food was cold when we got it . We won't be returning to that location it's on Preston . I should add we have only gone to that location in the past and always had a great experience . Today may have been just an off day but it was enough for me .

Horrible waffle house/Staff!!! Place is open 24-hours 7-days a week. The guy in my pictures is the cook and was running the place. He turned me away and few other people as well. But served who he wanted to. Or served his self. He stayed playing on his phone and never washed his hands or anything. His mask was supposed to be up on his face. He had his mask hanging off his chin whole time. Gross!!! The waitress never washed her hands no one did. Really gross place. They do what they want when they want too. Needs be shut down ASAP!!! Never will I ever come there again. Pure laziness.

I don't understand how this place has so many stars I went in there the other day the lady slammed her Notepad on the table we got into it so I didn't go back to the Waffle House. But right now I thought because there was a different staff on it would be better I bought two sandwiches and 3 small orange juice because they did not have any more large cups but they charge me for largest which I was okay with I gave the lady a $4 plus tip on a $15. 18 I gave her a 20 and told her to keep the change. I was walking outside to make sure that I could be seen when my food was ready the lady didn't even look up she had my food sitting on the counter. Then when she gave me it she didn't ask me if I wanted any jelly she did not give me no silverware I'm at the hotel no napkins then the lady that I gave the $4 to when I went in there for some jelly she didn't even say anything to me she had the other waitress give me the jelly I almost wanted to go in there and get my tip back that is unprofessional... I just tried to eat one of the sandwiches and I spit the food out of my mouth and going to throw it away $20 down the drain shaking my head
