Yesterday my husband went to pick up my prescription that was called in for me by the ER. When they asked for his ID because it was a narcotic the cashier asked what his relationship was to me. He replied he is my husban(this is on my file as well). The girl replied very rudely are you sure your her husband and not her son? Yes there is an age difference between us. However again it is in my file who he is. So the comment was not to clarify it was purely meant to be rude, and offensive.. when he asked to speak to a manager she seemed to be upset by it.

My husband is just trying to get the meds he really needs and we have to call his doctor to basically tell the pharmacy to give him his meds because they basically refused to give them to him and called him a liar because he didn’t get his last thing of pills. Super rude treatment and completely unprofessional. We are 100% switching pharmacies because this is absolutely ridiculous

Very rude lady just told me they were too busy to bring my medicine out to the car and this is the second time today that I've tried and they were busy. Yesterday there was a problem with the insurance. They finally fixed that but I couldn't pick it up until today. Now they are closed.

There is a certain pharmacist at the Beatrice, Ne Walmart pharmacy who truly needs to learn she is not above the doctors and she really needs an attitude adjustment.
