So today I brought my son to this new location urgent care. My son has congestion in his chest and was running a fever earlier in the morning. Due to this they sent us to the front parking lot to wait for door to car service as a precaution of Covid symptoms, fine with it no complaints, BUT it seems once we got over there we were forgotten. I got to urgent care at 8:30 am they opened at 8:52 (even though it says 9 am) to check ppl in. Once in we were told to wait on the car and drive around to the front. We sat there for approx. 1 hour and 10 mins before I called into the office and inquired about wait time, then someone comes and takes vitals 5 mins later. Next they send us back to the car (remember my son has had a fever and shows Temp at 100.7 per nurse) another nurse comes out and I explained again that my son has congestion, had fever starting Sunday and took test they came back negative. This second nurse stated he will take a Covid and flu test, the original nurse comes out and shoves two separate q-tips up my sons nose and when he jumps due to the thrust and asked can he do it, she responds no and does the other nose. This place needs beside manners and staff that doesn’t have you in your car (almost 2 hours now and still waiting) with no updates. We were they fourth ppl here this morning. Will not be coming back to this location at all! I get it healthcare workers, you are tired, not everyone has partied all weekend, in big groups and went and out themselves at risk so stop treating ppl as if that is the case. And now we are told he has the flu!

Shout out to Elsie. She was the best. My mom always brings me here and I understand why. There professional. Clean and timely. Everyone knows there job and does it. A good team indeed.

I was waiting there for 2 hours and only 1 patient went in. I asked how long would it take after waiting for 2 hours and they said one more hour. I had to go so I just left. Their is no sense of urgency in this urgent care. To be able to see a doctor you need 4 hours in this urgent care. I suggest you go to another one.

Came in for treatment for a minor dog bite and I was very satisfied with the care that I received. I had never been to an urgent care before but I didn’t want to go to the ER. After I found out that they took my insurance, I went in, filled out some paper work and was seen in about 10 minutes. There were two other patients ahead of me. The medical assistants and the doctor were all great and answered any questions I had. I was out of there in about 35 minutes. The care was seamless and am glad I chose this urgent care to come to.
