They change their Customs Release and D.O. policy... requiring your broker to send these docs to them... whereas in the past the customer could do it. Do they tell anyone? No. Does it mean your freight is sitting in their warehouse for almost a week? Yes. The folks on the phone are always pleasant and helpful.

Lost one of my companies shipments for over 2 months in their facility, then decides to charge my freight forwarder over $3k in storage charges. Absolutely unethical and immoral way to treat your customers. Fortunately I have a great freight forwarding partner that absorbed more than 60% of this preposterous charge and left me with the remainder. Do better Imperial and treat your customers with respect.

It is inhuman to have people waiting for 2 hours with mask on in the sun just to check in. Company has to do something about it. Unacceptable from any way you see it.

CFS Are Freight Stations. UPS And FEDEX Freight do pick-up there!! FEDEX and UPS company already have all there information. What I don't know is why this question? There's fees that have to be paid there and every where you pick up on Freight Docks and just like Imperial every Truck driver even if it's not Imperial there's going to be a long waiting period just if you want to know!!😎😎 So don't ask to many questions and just go with the flow..😉😉
