The product itself is great! The entire shipping process, along with costs are just terrible. Don't even want to send in my machine for deep cleaning just because there is a very real chance I will not receive back my machine, or at least not in proper working order. The benefits of this product are legitimately noticeable and im glad I invested in a machine...just a shame the customers/distributors time, money and peace of mind will never be taken into consideration. The ENAGIC USA 1111 JUPITER RD Suite # 108E PLANO, TX, US, 75074 is by far the worst with shipment times.

It was my first time I came to this place & see how the staff work so friendly but the manager his name Enbel or something like that was super rude even when I asked him for a quick question he rejected me & asked the staff to charge me for extra bag while I bought lots of thing cost of almost $500. This is not the right way to treat customers and I hope someone be in charge to read this review and notice how the misbehavior of someone change the the positive energy to negative one

I, like others have stated, am disappointed in the Customer service right now. My personal complaint is in regards to unending wait times to speak with someone in the finance department. Hopefully Enagic can get that aspect of the business ironed out. Yet, this ionizer is the Real Deal(I think)! To my knowledge, Enagics Kangen Water ionizer is the Original ionizer and still the Best. It has been used as a Medical device in Hospitals in Japan and I assume still is? Compared this water with another product that claimed 9.5PH with tester bottle and Kangen water was a Royal Purple while the other water was a light purple. Kangen water is still the Champion when it comes to the water business and ionizers. Maybe the company will wave the rest of the money i owe for this good review? Actually, I'm only saying this because i Believe it is true.

The cleaning solution should only be used in the cleaning cartridge. If you have the SD-501 you remove the filter and replace it with the cleaning cartridge (This is what the cleaning solution does in). Instructions are available on YouTube. If you have a K8 you remove the filter and install a special filter used for the cleaning process. You also remove the electrolyte enhancer tank and replace it with a green cleaning tank which you have added the cleaning powder to and fill it with tap water, install and complete the e-cleaning procedure.
At Enagic they do deep cleaning of your unit. Pack up In original box and leave at Enagic.

Just saw sign today. All machines need to be shipped in for cleaning. Word of advice.. Look your machine parts up prior to sending. If it indicates that you should not ship an item.. Don't do it. I received mine back broken and had to replace. They only name parts you don't ship in for cleaning. Use that to look up the part (s)

I'm not a medical professional but I think you should drink half your weight in ounces 64 Oz seems like not very much. Also the time of day but you test your pH can also affect the level try buying some pH strips online and testing it first thing in the morning first thing urine and Saliva
