First time here and I’m not impressed. If you have insurance you pay $50 Co-pay with the insurance my mother has, but they have the patient to complete the whole medical history paperwork by themselves, which I believe is the job of the medical assistant. My mother is 71 years old, and the paper work was at least 10 pages for her to complete her self. Keep in mind that an elderly patient don’t have the mental capacity to complete paper work in a timely manner as a younger person can. My mother became very tired and frustrated. Then the lady named Mary called her to ask is she finished with the paper work after taking very long to complete the history. This is bad service…. Do your own job you’re trained to do Medical Assistants collect patient history and don’t make them suffer this way. It delays the appointment time and make the doctors late for the schedule.

Surgery scheduled then de Layer and finally at end of day still no surgeon and totally a disaster. No communication from Physician surgery dept . Was told after losing my cool that they had the wrong surgical tray this was after 4pm with a morning surgery time. Then was told via antheologist surgeon would not do my surgery. THANK God for Texas Orthopedics. Definitely would not recommend Precision Ortho nor the physician

I can tell you how unprofessional that orthopedic rehab clinic director Jason George it's not on top of his business. He did my evaluation and then sent me back to set up my therapy and then when I came in they didn't tell me that my insurance won't cover home health and physical therapy this is something they could have told me weeks ago and save me time and I could have gone somewhere else. Second complaint I have is when you're dealing with the client you don't go out into the area where everybody is sitting and start discussing their business you take them to a conference room and you talk to them. Third Jason is trying to make excuses for people that are not doing their job do your job that you get paid for and then I can go about my business and decide on whether I want to continue being a client with you or go elsewhere. Not that I tell you that I'm still a part of this clinic Jason George is very arrogant walks around as if he thinks he knows everything but the be truthful of the matter this is probably just a young guy who just finished college probably his first job and doesn't even know how to communicate with clients that come into the clinic this is a business. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the simple reason of the operating director Jason George is a terrible manager

Hello! It’s at 800 12th Ave, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
They do not accept Medicaid as a primary. If it is secondary, you may want to give the office a call to check.
I definitely recommend making an appointment. That said, they are opening Precision Ortho Express in Southlake later this year. It will be an express care clinic with walk-ins and scheduled appointments. They accept United Healthcare (UHC) insurance. There are lots of different versions of UHC, so it's always advisable to call the office or UHC to confirm they take your specific plan.
