The quality of these apartments have drastically decreased since the new management company took over the property. There is trash everywhere, the landscaping is no longer a priority, and many tenants are left without basic living necessities such as air and pest and mold control. The pools was closed for the majority of last summer and now has been closed the entire summer. And this is one of the many unkept and disappointing “amenities” that are included in our rent. Rent shouldn’t be increasing when the quality of living here is decreasing. There has been no one in the office for weeks so many of our issues have been unheard and unresolved. Someone was finally in the office to do damage control this week after the news segment aired. I had questions regarding terminating my lease due to the dramatic change in the state of the apartments, but I was told it couldn’t be located at the time. What is really going on? Finish line used to be a nice place to live but it just keeps going downhill.

Finish line used to be a nice set of apartments before it was taken over by new management recently. There has been NO ONE in the leasing office for weeks, the management phone number doesn’t work, and there’s no website. I have been unable to log in to the new rent payment website to pay rent, but I can’t get in contact with anyone to help fix that problem. My emails have not been answered either. It’s impossible to get help with maintenance or any general issues when you can’t get in contact with anyone running the property. On top of that, they are inconsistent with cutting the grass and don’t do a sufficient job. Every time they “finish”, there are always huge patches of uncut grass outside my patio. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, making the property look cluttered and dirty. It’s getting ridiculous.

The apartments are under new management and they never answer the phone or reply back. The leasing office never has anyone in there, so how are we is someone suppose to contact them if they are never in the office nor respond to their phone line. I recently called and their voicemail box was full so message could be left. I have contact them multiple times regarding mold building up due to the HVAC unit outside the apartment unit. The moisture is leaking into the closet inside the apartment. I’ve left them text messages and voicemails, no respond. I told them this was a urgent matter because there is a toddler that lives in the apartment as well and no respond. The mold is accumulating more and more each day. I’m running out of options and about to contact higher authorities because this is unacceptable. Rent at these apartment units are to expensive to live in this type of matter. This is a life threading is and that fact that they haven’t responded to not only mines but most likely other residents is very dangerous.

This place has gone down hill since the new management team has came. There is no one ever in the leasing office or answering the phones if there were a emergency. I have been without air for over a week and it has reached over 90 degrees in my apartment. We haven't been able to put in a maintenance request due to the website being down and no one being in office. It is over 100 degrees outside and feels better out then it does inside. I do not recommend moving here!
