The doctors and nurses are great! The front staff could be more organized and give better customer service.
Basem Ebeid
the worst hospital ever I don't recommend anybody to go there
Clarke Bagsby
They overcharged my insurance, then when I called to pay my medical bill, no one answered. I have called for a week now trying to get in touch with someone to pay my medical bill and no one is answering the phone. You might as well go to Vanderbilt, much better service.
Penina “Zaynab” Bita
I have the best service here. My son Dr is the best.

Go in to get checked out or have your PCP refer you for a surgery here. When the bill comes, call and make payment arrangements. They work with you on that.
Hello Shonte, thank you for your question! Nashville General Hospital is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive health care to all — regardless of whether or not they have health insurance. At the same time, it’s important to remember that all patients still have some degree of financial responsibility for the care they receive. We want you to clearly understand the charges attached to your visit or hospital stay. To that end we have outlined the most common procedures on our Patient Price Information List. This page, and the related Chargemaster document, are updated periodically to reflect changes in the costs we incur in performing those services. The prices listed include a 40% discount for patients without insurance. Visit here: https://nashvillegeneral.org/patient-visitor-info/patient-price-information-list
I know that you can sign up for insurance there and that can help out tremendously, but there is a small co pay of around 10 dollars. They may initially see you for nothing but if surgery or further treatment is needed it will cost you a little cash.
Hello Reynold, thank you for your question regarding the COVID-19 vaccination. You can receive your vaccination at the COVID-19 Community Assessment Center located at the former Kmart on Murfreesboro Road. The site located at 2491 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville TN 37217. Have a lovely day!
Is the best, super humble people and excellent professionals. I hope his mother is better. I'm sorry I did not answer earlier.
If uninsured, the Self pay fee is about $58 and you will be billed the rest. The standard for insured patients about $35-45. If uninsured visit the Financial Service office to see if you qualify for the Charity Program.
You'll have to make an appointment first. Not sure how much it costs but you need your meds asap. I would go to the E.R. They will bill you. Wish I knew more. The E.R. can't refuse you. Also, they have an indigent program if you dont have insurance. It pays for everything at Meharry. Call and ask them.
Yes they do!
Hello! Thanks for your question. Call our interventional radiology (IR) clinic at 615-341-4250 to schedule a live x-ray.

Hello Shonte! Thank you for your question. We do not offer brain surgery at our hospital facility, however, we encourage you to review the pricing for our additional care services: https://nashvillegeneral.org/patient-visitor-info/billing-insurance . Have a lovely day!
The whole hospital is not bad, I apologize for your negative experience. As with any job you come across people who are where they should not be. General does help a lot of people. You will find those who will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Again I apologize for your negative experience.
Yes, the website should be on the bill you received from the hospital.
I have no Idea. We always brought our food with us.
Possibly
Yes.
The ER and then as them about the Elm Center are behind the hospital.
Go to ER if emergency. Otherwise go to their financial department 1st floor talk to the people there tell them your situation bring in documents. Be kind and respectful and they will help you.
I called Meharry General Hospital and also Googled and couldn't find a doctor by that name. They also said that they did not have a Doctor by that name either. What kind of medicine does he practice? I may be able to find out another way.
There is an open job fair this week. Dress in your business wear, bring a resume and show up to the hospital. They are interviewing and offering positions same day.
It is illegal to give information about another person
