Everyone was efficient and friendly, got my DOT physical in an hour. Had stopped in Murfreesboro that morning and was told it would be 4 hours before they could even see me. So I drove 75 miles out of my way to go to Elm Hill, best decision ever

They asked what I was being seen for. I told them I’m having dizzy spells, headaches and back pain. They asked if I had insurance. I provided. They told me feel out the paperwork and bring it back with my DL. I filled out all 3 papers. The same guy that asked my symptoms when I came in said he would have to ask the doctor if I could be seen for those symptoms. I asked him why didn’t he check that before having me fill out the paperwork. He said that’s their process. They just wasted my time and now I’m headed to ER while dizzy.
