I can't add more than 1 star since I'm not living there. I asked for a tour and like the place to move in but after all this bad reviews and the cockroaches, the fire, the neighbors hearing all , the liking in the bathroom and all the rest I'm really scare to leave there...and I need a place before the month end

The pool isn’t open on Memorial Day either one of them why. I do not know the pest control comes in and sprays one side of one wall in the kitchen and leaves. And there is mildew somewhere in the bathroom stinking and I’ve called three times about it nothing has been done don’t rent here I’ve only been here two months and I’m ready to go. Came and looked at an apartment earlier in the year. Have made multiple phone calls in attempt to secure an appointment to do an application. We love the location as it is close to work and family. BUT the lack of return of phone calls for MONTHS is very upsetting. I’ve left numerous messages and nothing in response. Very disappointed because this was our first pick.

I feel trapped, no notice of time to renew so I called only to be told if I go month to month its $300 additional a month so they were just going to surprise me with the fees.
