The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. The office offered us a nice coffee and they are very pleasant to work with. They care about the residents more than just getting the rent check in. They want to take care of YOU which is a nice change of pace. I can easily recommend them as a nicely renovated apartment in a popular and easy to access area. This area is getting some nice upgrades to the surrounding shopping and dining as well as storage units which are nice to be close to when in an apartment.

Great question! Credit is only one part of the application. We can work with bad credit in most cases if the other sections are approvd, but it depends on why the credit is bad.
