If you're loooking for a deal, this isn't the place to go. Entitled staff who know nothing about what they're talking about and overall bad customer service. Avoid this place if you're looking for good deals and especially avoid this place if you want to be treated like a customer. One of the worst pawn shops in LA.

My shopping experience with Assured Pawn Shop was pleasant! They have a wide variety of quality jewelry items to choose from. Their customer service is awesome! Their sales associate Carolina offered me great options to choose from to purchase the jewelry items I wanted, as far as the down payment, monthly payments and the length of time I needed for layaway.
