When I arrived i was wondering if mask where still needed, since the very same day LA county was not going to reinstate the indoor mask mandate. Long story short the receptionist was very rude about it. That is 1 incident.. So i went out and bought a mask and when i returned i was walking towards the entrance when another nurse asked if i had a mask (i wasn't even to the door yet). I put my mask on as she (without her MASK) walked in the building and to her work station.. Anyways i had no choice to go there and probably will have to again due to the profession i am in. That was my experience and i feel that needs to be addressed.. Thank you

From the moment I stepped in the greeting from the young lady at the front desk was genuine. She was friendly, helpful and patient. The assistant that helped me was very personable but professional. She made me feel like she wanted to help and liked her job. The doctor also treated me as I was more than another patient that he was trying to just finish to get to the next. I say that because most urgent care or clinics nurses and doctors treat you like the a number . I don’t usually leave comments or post but I’ve been going here for years and I think they deserve a good word.

The receptionist was wonderful! Very empathetic and understanding. There was, however, a shortage of health techs and I waited 2 HOURS for a urine and breath drug test! That was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. Concentra could benefit more with the ability to make appointments and work out scheduling.

The staff was super accommodating to me having to come in last minute! Everyone was extremely friendly! Completely honestly most doctors or nurses that I’ve been to in the past have never taken my heath concerns seriously. Everyone listened to how I was feeling and got to taking as many tests as they could to help. 10/10 for sure 🌟
