Excellent appointment with Dr. B. Was escorted in and filled out required forms before a brief wait to see the doctor. He came in to where I was waiting and it was obvious he had studied my files as he knew when and where my next appointment was and even gave me suggestions as to what to ask them. I have an upcoming appointment with the urology clinic in the West LA hospital on August 11th and now have some question to ask them during the appointment. The doctor also discussed future plans for appointments depending on what transpires from my urology visit. All in all, this appointment was excellent.

They dont even answer the phone. They just throw us directly on hold and keep us there for 45 minutes. There's 0 accountability here.

The new VA of Gardena is such a vast improvement from the old facility they once used. Today not only did I receive quick service from the doctor, but I received great customer service from the ladies at the front ... Which isn't normal.
