Quite and family oriented mobile home park.

Affordable housing. Close to many conveniences. One parallel parking space in front of the homes. Park includes quite a few RVs. Beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area.

you have to buy the mobile home, then you pay rent , utilities are additional... Or if u happen to meet s mobile home owner willing to rent u a room.
I think so but, you might just want to check with the manager. He's in the building right by the Gardena Villas sign there's a pool too so you can't miss it
How much to rent the RV?
This is a Mobile Home Park...so they sell homes already plotted there. You can only rent available open spaces. If you have a Motor Home the type you hitch to a car/truck or the kind with a driver. You must call office for further details. However, the staff is horrible with customer service. The white lady thinks she owns the park but shes been put in her place by corporate. If she gives you attitude record her. And send it to corporate. Most of the staff all live in that park.
Lot rent is $840. Includes trash and water. Yes there are always various homes for sale in that park. The office keeps a list
