Valerie and her staff are amazing. They have went above and beyond during a time of change and uncertainty with the property changing management companies. They have made it a point to be accessible to tenants, to answer questions, take the time to address concerns and actually deliver results. It's one thing to listen emphatically, but it's another to make a commitment and deliver on it to keep the residents happy and at ease. Come check them out in the office and enjoy the tour. It is really an amazing community and you will feel more than welcomed here!

I have lived at sawyer for 4 years. I love the location and the landscaping. I have had the pleasure of meeting the new management team and I can already tell that they are invested in the residents. Ashley and Valerie are lovely to speak with and both are very professional, friendly and make you feel at home. I recommend for everyone to go meet them

My wife and I moved here from Louisville. We needed to find a place really fast, and we came to visit the sawyer apartments on a Friday, they had us ready to move in the Tuesday following. Amazing staff! Laura especially was so incredibly helpful, she kept very good contact with us to make sure everything she needed from us to have that apartment ready she got. And the apartment is beautiful! Wonderful staff, high class apartment and amenities including a huge gym open 24 hours! Front the minute we first walked through those office doors, Laura made us feel at home. 11/10 would recommend! Seriously, we struck gold with this place. I know we’ll be very happy here for years to come.

My experience living here the past 1.5 years has been great! The maintenance team/staff are very friendly and go out of their way to respond to any issues/questions I have quickly to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner. These are great quality, new apartments if you’re looking in the east end!
