I have lived around the country, and this building is a sad excuse for “luxury apartments.” The mail room is a complete and utter disaster/failure. The first floor in the back of the building smells strongly of garbage, the back door is frequently not working at all, requiring us to walk around the building to the front. Not to forget that the front door is also frequently not working, but you can’t enter through the main door with a FOB. The coffee machine is frequently broken, and poorly stocked. The dog park is just disgusting half of the time. The power has gone out multiple times, both in winter and summer, without warning. The building has failed to let us know about street events/parades that restrict our entry/exit to the building. All of this, and I have only lived here for one year. The saving grace is that the actual staff is very sweet/pleasant, and maintenance is always excellent when it comes to in-apartment repairs. I love the location, and the apartment itself is really beautiful, but I sadly don’t think it’s worth it. I renewed my lease too early into my stay, and wish I hadn’t now.

Meg and Jess from the leasing office always text me back so quickly and address any questions I have. They even reached out to my neighbors who were making too much noise. They help with any concern. Maintenance is the best out of any apartment complex I have lived in. They typically come on the same day of the request and get your problem fixed no problem. My fridge broke and they got me a new one on the same day they realized they couldn’t fix it. Also, the apartment complex is very clean and safe. I have lived here for 2 years and it has been great. You do have to be careful about packages getting stolen but everything else is great! They can’t help that there are residents that sometimes steal them. I have had a couple packages stolen. I send amazon packages to hubs around louisville and make sure to go to the package room as soon as I get the alert as anyone in the complex can go in the package room. They do have a camera but you still have to be careful :)

Highland station is a great place to live, we love the location we’ve been here for several months and always been happy. The maintenance tech Meg came to our unit to look at our AC and acted quickly to get it back up and running! We really appreciate all her hard work especially with the hot summer weather! We can’t wait to enjoy the pool and a fun summer at highland station!

I moved into Highland Station in beginning of June and have been beyond thrilled with my living arrangements. The staff Gwen, Savannah, & Travis have went above and beyond there roles and became more like family. The location is absolutely ideal! 12 ft ceilings, open floor plan, in building storage units for extra space, and great activity amenities in the building. Pool, movie theater, fitness center all just a walk away! I absolutely love Highland Station Apartments and the hospitality and generosity shown to me by the staff and residents here. Everything has been perfect! I couldn’t be more happy with my new apartment! I made a really good choice when choosing Highland Station and would recommend it to anyone and everyone! It is ideal for singles, couples, as well as family’s. They have welcomed me and made me feel like family not just a resident! Highland Station is where it’s at! Check it out!
