They got my order wrong and gave me attitude when I came back around to asked for the correct items. Never apologized and never acknowledged their mistake. At the end the manger slammed the drive thru window in my face. Very rude. Will not be coming back.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to in Louisville, this one is the worst. I’ve place an online orders through the McDonald’s app several times, and my order number sometimes wouldn’t appear on the screen. Customer service also needs drastic improvement as well, as the staff has been extremely slow on getting my order assembled from time to time. This establishment should better implement a strategy to improve their customer service.

McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant that I have noticed that cannot get their speed back up after this pandemic thing. If you go there to the drive-thru and there's more than one car expect to wait because you're going to wait and your food will probably be cold.

Came in today and got 2 cheeseburgers and a medium coffee the coffee was cold, not even Luke warm and it tasted old like it's been sitting the person who took my order was rude I will never be in here again you would think McDonald's franchise would train there employees How to make the food and coffee, if I was the manager I would fire the lazy employees and hire ones who want to really work , like come on!!!!! how hard is it to make coffee!!!! I use to like McDonald's but now I'm starting to want to eat elsewhere thanks McDonald's for bad service and cold coffee

The initial customer service was friendly, then we got our food "bigmacs" lol one was made with the center bun and the other 2 were not.when i asked about it they said the ran out of the buns and didnt offer anything not even to let us know till we opened the boxes. I would have ordered a qpounder instead but i didn't want to deal with another timely situation.

It sounds like they inadvertently gave you someone else's order. I would go back and talk to the manager and have him to reimburse you for your money. If he refuses to do that then call the corporate office and file a complaint. They will more than likely send you some free coupons in the mail to keep a satisfied customer.
The service is horrible and the quality of the food is less than most mc Donald's
