Terrible service!!! I will not return to this place!! The lady who served me was very rude and had a very bad attitude since I was placing my order in the drive thru. She listened and looked frustrated because there were a lot of people, but if she is not trained in customer service, she should not be in that place. Look at the cameras, I saw that the order was wrong and he did not want to check it, he said that he had already corrected the order. When I got to pay I saw that I was missing dishes and she got angry she told me that it was my fault that I parked in front that she couldn't help me, I told her no, it was her fault because she was in a hurry because of so many people she yelled at me and the truth if it bothered me a lot, he didn't even give me chili he didn't want to give me either and I told him give me more chili and I told him please and he said no, I insisted again and that's when he gave it to me. They shouldn't have employees with this ugly attitude towards customers. There are ways to say things and nicely. I hope they take action on the matter.

Food was ok. Chowmein was stale, and did Panda run out of soy sauce ??? All they put in the order was 9 bags of sweet sour sauce, and they mustve changed something because this is not the sweet n sour sauce we used to get. This one is bland. So whatever the case, hopefully Panda will look into this.
