For $12.98 for a combo of chow mein, fried rice and your choice of only one side. I prefer going to Panda and get the bigger plate w/ one entree and 3 sides. Hate to say it but my first and last time here.

Yes, they open @ 11am
They are wearing masks behind the counter and they have a table thing to where you have to stand six feet from the counter to pay for and pick up your order and they are not allowing in dining in
