They are always polite, thorough, detail oriented, and never make me feel like they're rushing through to get to the next person. They have an AWESOME selection of colors, well organized, and even offer a menu of beverages upon arrival. Oh, and yes there are purse hooks too! I'd recommend them for anyone who wants to feel like a queen, and get a great quality nail set! 💅 💖 👑

The nail lady was nice. But the manager in front the bald guy (trying to describe him) was very rude and challenging towards me and my 15 year old daughter. We arrived on a Wednesday he said to me we are fully booked come back tomorrow, I was upset but what can I do I was defeated and accepted an appointment the next day. Upon arriving a whole day later he didn’t even look my and my daughters way he looked behind us into everyone else and let them sit down before us. He said “sit down” I went up to him later and said “I think it’s rude what you just did. We arrived before these 5 people and you didn’t sit us.” At first he looked shocked that I was speaking up then immediately went into a deranged challenging shoulder shrugging demeanor. He said in questionable language that the lady who did my daughters nails was busy with another client, I said to him “I simply asked you why and told you that it was rude” I then went to sit down again. When the nail lady was done he said to me “SEE??? SHES DONE” (with wide crazy set eyes looking at me very challenging and ready to physically fight me) I decided to receive the nail lady’s help for my daughter because she is very nice to us and good. Last time I will go into this place. Too bad. I hope they close soon as this was my second run in at this place, the first time he was rude to me was when he charged me for a pedicure when I didn’t even have thick skin underneath my feet charged be for a lady to run the rock below my feet…. 70 bucks and that lady was wearing a ring… I told her she scratched me with her ring to please take it off… it hurt like hell! She did it again … so I told her no thanks! To get putting more lotion on my leg… i don’t understand what was MY FAULT at that moment??? 2pm appt. Started on my pedicure at just about 2:25. It was not the manicurist fault. Problem was when I went to check out and I expressed that I was not necessarily that happy about waiting with my feet in a tub of cold water for 25 minutes the person at the front desk he was taking over from the person previously on shift was rude. Telling me that even though I had a 2 o’clock appointment it was perfectly acceptable for them to be 25 minutes behind schedule. I told him that I worked in a restaurant and I used to hostess and then I understand people running behind. My problem was he was rude about me even saying that I wasn’t that happy about them being so behind schedule

Summer Marker

First time here and I had a great experience. First, the manager Tom was very nice and professional both on the phone and in-person. He was very accommodating when I had to push out my appointment time. As for the service I received, I got a french gel pedicure done with Tina. She did such a wonderful job! She took her time and had great attention to detail, very meticulous! I would defiantly come back to get a pedicure done again by Tina. Thank you so much Glitz Nail Bar for a great first experience! ^_^
