This place is completely useless. They are selling a bill of goods to dog owners. Their training program is not a substitute for being a responsible pet owner and understanding your pet and its needs. I contacted Sit Means Sit to make them aware of a client who had contacted them after their dog attacked and bit my dog for a second time. This dog is known to be aggressive. I called 2 times to speak to Chris, the scheduled dog trainer, and he never called me back. On the third phone call, after I received the run around, someone came on the phone and stated they were one of the owners. I explained to the gentleman how the incident occurred to make him understand the dog’s behavior and make him aware of other incidents involving the same dog with other neighbors. Bottom line, they don’t care, they are selling a bill of goods and make you believe they can stop your dog from future attacks. Please ask all of the right questions before you spend your money here.

Couldn't recommend sit means sit more!! My husband and I have used them for both of our dogs and they have done such an amazing job! Our dogs are well behaved and it was worth every penny we spent. You won't regret it!

We just had our 7 month old Bernedoodle Lola trained by Sit Means Sit and couldn't be happier with the results. It was getting to the point where we were dreading taking her for walks because of leash pulling and her constant jumping up on people we would meet along the way. That is all in the past! She now heels, sits, comes on command, stays, places, and no longer jumps on people! We take her everywhere with us now and enjoy our time with her! Thanks to her trainer Chris and all the staff at SMS!
