I had a great experience here. Wonderful customer service given by his staff to make several pairs of glasses. I had my eye exam by Dr. Smith. He is patient, thorough, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an exam or to have glasses made.

The office was clean with many glasses on display. The staff at EyeGen we're very friendly and helpful. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable, professional and had good chairside (bedside) manners. The technology at this office is state of the art. The staff goes over your insurance benefits with you and breaks down the cost of the entire visit before you pay. I left with my vision being at 20/15! I highly recommend this office!

I am in my late 40s and I don’t think I have ever had a more detailed eye exam! One thing I love about Eyegen vision center is when your glasses are ready, they present them on the most beautiful tray ever. I asked Dr. Ana Chang Smith why they did that, not that I was complaining at all :-) And she said because you have just spent your hard earned money on these glasses and they are a piece of jewelry. Everyone deserves them to be displayed on this beautiful piece of art. I love them! I will take my glasses on a beautiful piece of art any day 🤗 The staff is truly sweet and overly helpful. They check in every few months to see how I’m doing with my new prescription. Top-notch, all the way and I will never go to a different vision center!

Terrific staff and great service. I really appreciate that their staff are very friendly, that the appointments are taken on time, that the technology is clearly state of the art and that I can trust the results. I use Doctor Smith and she's awesome , same is true for all of their doctors. I highly recommend them to others looking for the top professional Optometrists in Orange County & Los Angeles areas.

Yes! We do accept FSA or HSA- they cover glasses, contacts, regular eye exam or a contact lens fit as well!
Yes we do! They work for glasses, contacts, exams- you name it!

Yes! With a valid prescription or a contact lens fit with us, you can buy contacts directly from us- we even ship to your home!
Yes you most certainly can! If you bring in a pair of your own sunglasses- similar to regular glasses, as long as you have a recent prescription or just had a comprehensive exam with us, we're more than happy to help!
Yes we do! We help readjust, tweak, or if you've lost a screw or nose pad, we can definitely help repair those to be good as new!
Yes! We do however charge a frame handling fee depending on the frame- as long as you have a recent prescription or just had a comprehensive exam with us, we're more than happy to help!
We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, however closed on Sundays.
