They gave me a list of only 2 apartments, both to high ,one on lake ,senior living , to get in they want way too much ,it would cost all your savings to get in ,and they want 500 hundred dollars if you have a small pet like a cat ,and 50 dollars a month for the pet , close to over 4000 dollars ! I'm having a hard time finding a place, owner are so greedy !

Hard to reach them by phone with confusing voicemail options and no option to speak to an actual human being.

I own a triplex by the college. My son will be attending and I would like tom furnish him housing in my triplex. Thant will require asking a good tenant to leave. How to I do this legally?

So you're willing to trade off a GOOD TENANT, for a child that's likely never been on his on, most likely haven't reached an high level of maturity, most likely will lose his ever lasting mind being on his own, most likely cause you major out-of-pocket money within a short about of time, have wild parties and equally wild friends who'll use him because his mommy and daddy take care of all the bills. He'll get a girl pregnant in under two years, that is if he's into girls, (no judgements), will work and keep a job when he feel like it, and that goes for his roommates that's living there rent free too, need I continue because I can think of hundreds more senarios of when good went bad.....so good tenant or bad tenant? Make him live on campus the first 1-2 years to prove himself responsible, then if he does, offer one of the units, how does this sound to you? Legally, it's 30-60 days notice, depending on the contract the tenant signed, can not put her out prior to end of leasing agreeme
