I don’t understand how this place has over 4 stars. I found this place on google of course and decided to drive down there with my husband today to buy hair bundles. I told the guy there that I was interested in the Raw Indian Hair bundles and he asked what color I needed. I told him black was fine (as I wanted to examine the hair before I placed my order). I then asked him if they offered wholesale pricing and he then asked ” how much are you buying?” I asked him if I could see the price sheets as that would determine the number of pieces I would be purchasing and all he said was “we only give wholesale to people that have account” and walked away to continue what he was doing before we arrived. I then told him that is what I was there for, to start an account and I also told him I had my sellers permit. He continued to ignore us and my husband asked him if we had to set up the account online and he then answered with “you need sellers permit, tax id, and “beautician certificate”. Again, we asked “do we do that here or online?” and he just answered with “well do it”. Never have I been treated like this in the beauty industry. I’ve order hair from India directly but because of shipping delays I felt the need to purchase locally although I would spend more money. I buy hair in bulk as my services are in high demand and this place just missed out on my business with them and I will also make sure to warn others in the industry about this place.

The woman that is there on Sundays either doesn't speak English or doesn't like to... (I greeted her politely in Korean - ahnyanghaseyoooh twice in fact, as clearly and accurately my as a native speaker... Twice b/c she looked at me as if I were a talking giraffe that had just landed in a spaceship.) I asked if they had any short wigs or toupees for men. She jumped up waving a tsk tsk finger before I could finish asking, nervously laughing saying no no nooh. So I'll cut this short and just say... apparently for radies only.

This place was so stupid! Online it looks like a shop but it is a little kiosk, you can not try on or even browse because it is just a little kiosk, I found a wig I liked and I was trying to ask the guy if this is the way it comes out of the package or if it had been styled, he proceeded to call me stupid and said "everything come in a package" I tried to tell him that is not what I was asking..... he would not let me see if it had clips or combs, we ended up having almost a "road rage" arguement, I needed the wig so I had my husband go back in and buy it after finding out there was nothing else around, bottom line after (when I got home) I paid double what I should have paid and there was in fact no combs or clips, this guy is so rude and ridiculous, I was so upset my blood pressure went up to 265 (I am a cancer survivor patient and now have a severe vitamin d deficiency) please do t go here, even if u know how and what u want his prices are double if not triple!
