I had the worst customer service here today. I had a $10 off coupon when spending $30 or more I was trying to spend $82. All the running around with my cell phone and taking non stop pictures of my coupon that they never honored anyways at the end. I walked out unhappy and truthfully I will never shop here again.

I thought about being nice and giving this place 3 stars but I had to go for 2 because of the horrible customer service and how they made me felt. As a student I expect the professionals to help me and be mindful to also help myself learn and grow as a student in cosmetology. Omg.. I don’t even know where to begin.. I walk into the store and am admired by how big and beautiful the store is.. I approach a lady and tell her I have several questions as far as hair bleach and toners. Several types of bleaches and toners She walks me over and shows me the bleach and toners in stock as she’s busy on her iPad. She talks to me for a few seconds then looks away on her iPad. Then I ask her another question again and I ask her if I want to correct hot roots of brassiness on my moms hair how would I do it. She tells me she doesn’t formulate and she’s not allowed to. So then I kept asking her more questions but she drifts away like a ghost and helps another person out by then I was pissed. I literally had to call over someone from the counter to help me out that person was Dayday. He seemed more respectful but more rushed. I would ask him questions and he would answer and ask anything else like if time was his money which I understand it is but as a student I felt like they weren’t taking their time to explain things as the professionals they are. They made me feel like less of maybe because of the fact that I am a student and not a licensed pro. And they were there to help other licensed pro’s. As I was getting ready to walk out I approached the lady who went ghost mode on me and asked her if I could get a pamphlet from the store because I was reconsidering of coming back to try to correct my moms hair color. She handed me several info articles about the products that are in stock or going on sale along with a color wheel. I walked out with very little information I learned from these so called “pros”. I was very disappointed. I’ve never seen such a beautiful place have horrible employees. Even the employees at Sally’s are far better even though they are not licensed. I will never return to this place again because of how I was looked at and almost felt belittled.

Leo and his staff are courteous and knowledgeable on the lines they carry and have shown me products I didn't know I needed. The store is well laid out and organised so I can get in and out quickly.
